Please read these terms before booking your session at Kemisetso Tattoo Studio.
Clients must be 18 years or older, or meet the minimum age and parental/guardian consent requirements under applicable South African law, and provide valid ID before any tattoo session.
Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, or skin conditions before their session. The studio may decline or postpone service where a health concern presents a safety risk.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking and will be deducted from the final price. Rescheduling requires reasonable notice as communicated at booking; late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the deposit.
The studio reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any client, at the artist's discretion, including where a client appears impaired, unwell, or where the requested design falls outside the studio's ethical or artistic guidelines.
Quoted prices are estimates until final design and size are confirmed and are subject to change. Full pricing will be confirmed before the session begins.
Clients are responsible for following the aftercare guidance provided by the studio. The studio is not liable for fading, infection, scarring, or other complications arising from failure to follow aftercare instructions.
Minor touch-ups within a reasonable period after the original session may be offered at the studio's discretion; this is not an unconditional guarantee and may be subject to a fee depending on cause and timing.
The studio may photograph completed work for its portfolio, website, and social media. Clients who do not wish their tattoo to be used this way must inform the studio in writing before their session.
Tattooing carries inherent risks, including but not limited to allergic reaction, infection, and variation in healed appearance. By booking, clients acknowledge these risks and confirm they are proceeding voluntarily and with informed consent.
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
